DEEPSPACE ($DPS) — Weekly Report
Week of November 6th, 2021 Updates
✅ Exchange listing coming. Paid for, just working on listing integration. To be announced.
🎉 Update since AMA: The DEEPSPACE team is continuing work with the CEX provider on the technical integration and as more information will be released as progress continues.
📝 Team Notes: The DEEPSPACE team selected this CEX as a key partner because of their ability to execute, and work with the team on tokenomics and credibility, since they are in the Top 50 exchanges. More information will be released in a future pre-announcement as the team finishes up the technical implementation.
✅ Marketing ramp up — https://crowdcreate.us/ second meeting coming next Tuesday 11/09/21. They were a big part of StarAtlas’ marketing. Contests continue. Google, and Twitter ads live. SEO optimization happening to increase exposure and metaverse buzz.
🎉 Update since AMA: The DEEPSPACE team will continue to source for ad space, expand upon marketing, and spread the word. Please connect with an ADMIN or MOD for ideas or suggestions. In addition, optimizations to the DEEPSPACE listings are occurring throughout the week, for example, CoinGecko has just updated the team’s listing with the proper description.
📝 Team Notes: The DEEPSPACE team will be meeting with https://crowdcreate.us for a second meeting to discuss marketing strategy and next steps on November 9th. In addition, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, and also some other channels, such as DEEPSPACE (DPS) — Telegram Group (telegramchannels.me), are all being sourced for ad space to spread the word on DEEPSPACE. Finally, additional Search Engine Optimizations (SEO) are being filtered into the site to further expand upon key buzz words that are applicable to the project.
✅ Met with Enjin to discuss collaboration opportunities and using their tech. Their SDK is currently on ETH but being ported ot BSC.
📝 Team Notes: Enjin has a lot of amazing capabilities with being able to hook into Unity games and handle in-game transactions on a blockchain. As they begin to rollout their test phases for Binance Smart Chain and ramp-up their capabilities within the BSC space, the DEEPSPACE team will continue to evaluate and work closely with Enjin on a potential collaboration.
✅ Website updates continue: Updating with new imagers, lore, and content in general.
📝 Team Notes: The team is rolling out ongoing updates to the deepspace.game official website with new in-game lore to further provide a backstory on the game. In addition, keep your eyes peeled on new imagery and content as this is rolled in.
✅ Marketplace, minting, and web development continues. Design finalized (teaser sent in main chat) and backend/contract work being tested after initial completion.
📝 Team Notes: As discussed, the marketplace and game development iare in full speed development and work is continually being put in to expand, test, and verify key functionalities for a Minimal Viable Product (MVP).
✅ Unity development continues with exploration improvements, warp speed minigame/fast travel, autopilot, enemy ship spawning, journaling, HD planet visuals fixed, low poly ship model texture mapping.
📝 Team Notes: A lot of development has been going into the Unity work to bring the game to life. As presented, new capabilities such as a fast travel sequence and autopilot are being considered to help make space travel more entertaining for the gamer. In addition, there plans to be enemy spawning so its a fresh and dynamic experience every time someone jumps in and plays.
✅ Modeling continues for 3D core representations, planets, and low poly game models as well as high poly models for marketplace.
📝 Team Notes: Graphics design and modeling are continuing to be scaled for 3D core representations and planet visualizations. By bringing low and high poly models the dynamics of the game can be shown in and out of the game along with providing scaling capabilities for different device hardware requirements.
✅ Team being expanded actively from all fronts — development, design, and marketing.
